I have just returned from staying at the caravan for 10 days, it was booked very last minute but from the beginning Linda has been fabulous! The caravan was spotless, cosy and welcoming and exactly what we needed. It's so well equipped it has everything you need and more!
We loved sitting in the lounge with the fire on it was so peaceful and perfect! Amazing location you can see the sea from the window and only a short walk to ham common too.
We really loved our stay and will definitely be coming back and would recommend to everybody!

We have just returned from a 4 night stay in Linda and Dave's lovely caravan. The photographs don't do it justice. It's cosy, modern and also immaculate. Everything from booking to checking out was so smooth. Everything was perfect. We are missing it already. Its located in a perfect spot in a really well run caravan park. I can't wait to go again.
Me, my 2 children and our chihuahua have just come home from a lovely 4 night stay! Such a greta caravan, brand new, clean and so comfortable! We all had great nights sleeps and used the van as a base. We were intending on buying passes but everything was fully booked so we took advantage of the great weather and went to the local beaches!
What great hosts, so easy to book, pay and deal with.

We (family of 5) have just returned from a week stay at Model Retreats Rockley. Having always booked via haven previously we were a bit worried about going private but was honestly the best thing we did. The caravan was very well presented with the added touches making it feel more like home. Location is spot on, right next to the main complex, but not at all noisy. The owners were always on hand to answer any questions (and there were a few 😁 ) or assist with any concerns. Brilliant week had by all, we will definitely be returning with Linda and her family, thank you for making us feel so welcome
Our family of four had a post-lockdown two night stay this bank holiday weekend. Everything was perfect, down to the essentials in the fridge, the comfy beds, kids’ toys and relaxing balcony. We are already planning a return trip!
We got a last min booking. So glad we did! We loved it, even tho the weather was bad we still had a great time. Theres theme park 30 mins away. The park is lovely. The caravan is such a lovely place to stay. Linda was more then helpful when we needed her. We’re already looking to go back next month! Thank you x

We had a brilliant stay. The caravan is brand new and therefore everything is immaculate. Easy to check in and out and hosts really easy to get in touch with. Would highly recommend. Rockley pool is a great site, with lots to do and lovely beaches near by.
